Dolores Keane was born in Caherlistrane, Co. Galway. The Keane household is noted for it's music in an area justly renowned for it's rich heritage of traditional music and song. During the two years she spent with De Danann, Dolores was featured on their forst album from which the song 'The Rambling Irishman' became a hit single. To date, Dolores has released four solo albums as well as four with John Falkner and Four with De Danann.
